ὅτι ὁ σπείρων εἰς τὴν σάρκα ἑαυτοῦ ἐκ τῆς σαρκὸς θερίσει φθοράν.

If you sow to your own flesh, you will reap corruption from the flesh;

他若為著滿足自己的情慾而撒種，他會從情慾收取死亡。

為了自己的肉體而撒種的人會從肉體收取滅亡。（自譯）

翻成肉體的話感覺比較廣義，愛吃也是一種肉體的軟弱呀～哈～
